Brand Consultant
for our prestigious client in London. This role is fantastic for retail candidates who are looking for their next step in to a Luxury Brand.
The duties of a Brand Consultant:
- Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills.
- Covering the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Actively promoting the brand, using advanced product knowledge.
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and visually pleasing.
- Handling visual merchandising tasks, following promotional periods.
- Liaise with management regarding complaints and faults.
Experience needed:
- Any Customer Service experience is considered
- You'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking
- Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
