Job Description:

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join the team and oversee the North London and North Home Counties region. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within this territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct regular sales visits to opticians, retailers, and other potential clients within the designated territory.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the latest eyewear collections.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical or clinical industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, managing your own schedule effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
