About the Role:

As a Technical Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the administrative functions of the Technical Services department, ensuring that all processes are documented and well-organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and has a keen eye for detail. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing paperwork: Ensure all service documentation and rigging certificates are completed accurately and filed.
  • Co-ordinating orders: Handle the ordering of spare parts, tools, and consumables, making sure stock levels are maintained cost-effectively.
  • Scheduling and planning: Support tool maintenance scheduling and coordinate the organization of the workshop space to keep workflows efficient.
  • Record keeping: Ensure all records related to tools, equipment, and consumables are kept up to date.
  • Point of contact: Act as the main point of communication between departments, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Health and Safety administration: Assist with maintaining health and safety records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within an administrational or coordinator position.
  • Good communication skills, capable of liaising with various departments.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on maintaining high standards and efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of stock management and order processes would be a plus.
