Join a dynamic, boutique e-commerce business in the heart of London! We're seeking a dedicated professional to manage high-level customer complaints, oversee shipping orders, handle payments and deliveries, and lead a small, efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve high-level customer complaints
- Manage shipping orders, payments, and deliveries
- Lead and support a small team
- Answer customer queries
- Researching products, and spotting trends in customer comments and interactions
- Using CRM tools
- Ensure seamless operation of our online retail platform
