Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to chase for payment
- Resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring timely receipt
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with drivers
- Escalating unresolved issues to the Management team for further action
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
