Description

The duties of the Purchase Ledger Manager Include:

  • Oversee and manage the purchase ledger department.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and resolve any queries.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of payment runs.
  • Work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly reports.
  • Implement and maintain efficient procedures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
