Juice is thrilled to be working with a reputable property business based in Bath, as they search for a Property Manager, to join their hard-working team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in property management, lettings, or with a strong administration background.
DAY TO DAY:
- Dealing with maintenance queries daily, arranging quotations, and booking in jobs.
- Answering tenant queries.
- Tenant/contractor/landlord liaison.
- Property visits to assess issues and diagnose problems.
- Quality control inspections once work has been completed.
- Scheduling summer works and booking in contractors during the void period.
- Overseeing projects and ensuring these are carried out in time for the new tenants.
- Carrying out periodic inspections in line with HMO licensing requirements and producing landlord reports.
- Conducting tenant-ready inspections in the summer period.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a similar role or lettings-based role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Can manage expectations and liaise with tenants, contractors and landlords in a professional manner.
- Can deal with issues when they arise and deal with complaints.
- Strong communication skills.
- It is essential to have access to a car.
