Facilities Assistant, Multi-trades candidate required to work Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to start earlier or finish later. This position is paying an annual salary of £32,013. A candidate with good general plumbing experience is desirable.
Candidates will ideally have a clean driving licence to use the pool van if required to collect materials, however, non-drivers will be considered.
Duties:
- Carrying out general maintenance and maintenance projects
- Assist in the supervision of external contractors
- Assist in the supervision of regular audits
- Carry out fire safety procedures when required
- Conduct site inspections and assessments
- Undertake necessary repairs to maintenance and catering equipment
- All other required multi trades tasks

Experience required:
- Proven experience in facilities, maintenance, repairs, multi-trades
- Plumbing experience if highly desirable
- Able to manage multiple and complex matters
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
