I am seeking an experienced receptionist to work for a healthcare client in the Bournemouth area on a temporary adhoc basis. As a receptionist you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
The successful Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel
- Taking messages and ensuring they are delivered to the intended recipient
- Greeting clients and directing clients to the correct department
- Maintaining office equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
- Performing other administrative duties as required
As a Receptionist you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous Customer service / Receptionist experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
