Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, and Multi-Skilled)

Salary + Benefits:£45,000 - £60,000 - DOE

AspionSearch are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers to join
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and reactive repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, packaging machinery, and automated systems.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Quickly identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with production teams to identify opportunities for process and equipment enhancements, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and downtime analysis.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
