Mona Lisa Smile Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager and Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This dual role involves supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the clinic and coordinating patient treatment plans to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1) Deputy Manager Duties:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the clinic.
- Support the Clinic Manager in staff supervision and training.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and improve patient care processes.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in financial planning and budget management.
2) Treatment Coordinator Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Develop and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient support.
Person Specification
1) Essential:
- Minimum 5-year experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental treatments and procedures.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent punctuality
- Ability to provide 2 guarantors
2) Desirable:
- Certification in dental treatment coordination.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
