Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely collections and payments from members
- Reconciliation of payments to suppliers with member collections and timely payments as per schedules
- Statement reconciliation
- Efficient resolution of queries in line with SLA requirements
- Prompt and efficient handling of audit requests
Key skills, competencies, and qualifications we're looking for:

- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
