  • Manage monthly billing and maintain organised filing systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider secretarial team during peak periods and provide coverage for absences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a dispute resolution secretary in a busy legal environment.
  • Proficiency in legal billing and strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and fast, accurate typing ability.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and evolve.
