We are looking for a drive, proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join an exciting company based in Central London.
What you'll do:
- Target top level talent using a variety of channels for open positions within the company.
- Manage a small team of individuals and support them in hitting targets and reaching their potential.
- Screen potential talent and conduct interviews and pre-employment tests.
- Work closely with company directors to ensure sufficient deadlines are met.
- Oversee the hiring process and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide HR guidance to individuals.
- Promoting the company's brand and working in line with company ethos.
