Due to expansion and opening our second home, we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic support workers to join our family, delivering an outstanding level of care to our children and young people.
Hestia Homes for Children exists to deliver an exceptional level of care to young people aged 8-18. One of the ways we acheive this, is by hiring a highly functioning and collaborative team, and offer those team members the opportunity to progress their careers through ongoing professional developments and opportunities for promotion. We really value our staff and believe a happy, supported staff team proivde a high level of care and support to the young people we care for.
Foxes Lodge and The Warren are large children's homes, providing a home from home environment for children with learning disabilities. We support our young people to enjoy their childhood, create lifelong memories, develop their independence skills and achieve positive outcomes.
As a support worker, you will play a huge part in supporting our young people to grow and develop, as well as having a lot of fun!
