Additionally, you will implement advanced surveying technologies to enhance efficiency and precision in data collection, contributing to the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

THE ROLE:
- Specializing in managing land surveys and delivering precise data crucial for commercial projects as independent construction cost advisors.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to zoning regulations and efficient utilization of project resources, thereby facilitating cost-effective solutions.
- Utilizing advanced surveying technologies to streamline data collection processes, thereby assisting in accurate budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle
