Antony James Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working with an Independent Regulator in recruiting a Payroll and Pensions Manager. In this highly flexible role you will be based at their Docklands HQ up to 2 days a week and will oversee the Payroll and Pensions function.
Main Duties
- * Prepare and manage monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
- * Oversee administration of NHS and Standard Life pension schemes.
- * Enhance and ensure efficient delivery of payroll and pension services.
- * Maintain effective relationships with service providers, internal audit, finance, and HMRC.
- * Manage payroll system integration and improvements alongside the HR Systems and Services Manager.
Must Have's
- Deep knowledge of UK payroll and benefits, including understanding of tax, National Insurance, and pension scheme administration.
- Experience with payroll systems to meet HMRC reporting requirements.
- Strong skills in process improvement and customer service.
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR regulations.
