YOUR ROLE:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on products and interiors.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling payments and maintaining accurate paperwork.
- Promote additional services, including the In-Store Design Advisors and Interior Design Service (IDS).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in homeware or furniture.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Ability to recommend and link-sell complementary products.
- Organised, target-driven, with a flexible approach to working weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for beautiful interiors and a proactive attitude.
