Marc Daniels is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join an award-winning company located in Marlow.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and board reports
- Taking responsibility for key accounting processes and deliverables, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Running the day-to-day finance function
- Overseeing financial people, processes, and systems; ensuring the finance team works effectively and accurately; suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be able to work 5 days in the office
- Minimum 2-3 years experience preparing management accounts
- Part/fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Xero experience would be beneficial.
