Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
Location: North London - 2/3 days required on site
Salary: £110,000 - £125,000 per annum

About the Role:
Our large global client is looking for an experienced Change Lead to join them on a fixed-term contract supporting a large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation Programme. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change within the Finance function and help deliver an enhanced Oracle-based finance system across the UK.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this transformation by leading the change management efforts, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of the change management strategy for the Oracle Finance Transformation Programme.
  • Design: Enable design, development and delivery
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand the technical and process changes being implemented and their impact on the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the Finance function to ensure alignment and commitment to the change.
  • Change Management: Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored communication and training plans to facilitate smooth transition.
  • Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams to ensure that change is embedded effectively, managing any resistance and driving user adoption.
  • Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership and provide expert guidance on best practices in finance change management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Lead or Senior Change Manager, with significant expertise in Finance Change Environments.
  • Proven track record in leading the creation and delivery of a similar scale programme, ideally to an Oracle solution or other ERP transformations.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences including Finance & Technology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex change landscapes.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
