Hands on Marketing Manager required - no managerial experience required!

Salary: £35-45k
Hours: 40 hours a week - office based - potential hybrid option
Location: Sunbury - occasional travel will be required to other sites
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing the website and brand communication, including managing the backend tools
- Driving brand presence and strategy on behalf of multiple key divisions
- Responsible for follow up communication based on lead generation, B2B and B2C
- Working closely with Digital and PR agencies, managing PPC campaigns and social media pages
- Creating and supporting visual ad digital content creation
- Creating technical and product relevant content to improve technical product understanding
- Evaluate technologies, providing advice and recommendation on their adoption where appropriate
- Working closely with a variety of teams including, Design, Sales, Specification, Estimations and Projects.
- Monthly marketing analysis
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Collaborating with the Sales Director and Engineering teams
Marketing Manager Desirable Skills:
- Degree in Marketing (BA, BSc or equivalent), CIM or relevant experience within a similar role
- Good knowledge of multiple marketing channels
- Previous B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and InDesign
- Understanding of technical products or specifications lead industry
- Strong Digital Marketing knowledge, SEO and PPC
- Exposure to Marketing within Manufacturing/Engineering or similar technical industries
- Hands on and driven approach
- Strong written communication skills
