New and exciting opportunity to join the team of an ever expanding company based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. Our client are currently recruiting for a reliable and diligent individual to join them as Project Coordinator! This is a full-time, permanent and office-based position based within their bright and spacious offices.

The company has experienced a large amount of growth in recent times, and they anticipate even more! Therefore, they are looking for an experienced Coordinator join them and support the team on this journey. This will be a varied and fast-paced role so you must be able to hit the ground running and be willing to support with all areas of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
  • Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.
  • Assist on projects from start to finish.
  • Maintain & monitor project plans, schedules, budgets & expenditure.
  • Ensure project targets are met on time and in budget.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Assess project risks & issues and assist in providing solutions where applicable.
  • Assist the Technical Project Manager in development of projected budgets, schedules, scope

statements & project plans.

  • Carry out project management administrative duties.
  • Help the Technical Project Manager to monitor project progress and team members performance, providing updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure everyone is aware of project goals, timeline & milestones.

  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Good IT skills & knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel &Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience + pension scheme enrolment after a successful probation period and a gifted day off for your birthday
