Sales Executive, Retail, Customer Services Executive.

We are an expanding, busy luxury furniture and interiors retailer located in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Our showroom beautifully showcases a wide range of high-end furniture, reflecting both contemporary and classic styles. Renowned for our exceptional customer service, and our dedicated delivery team, we take pride in ensuring a seamless experience from our showroom to our customer's home.

Our business is conducted mostly online but also from our beautiful showroom. Due to continued growth, we are looking to further expand our Customer Service/Sales team to maintain our high level of service to all our customers.

Skills Required:

  • Have at least two years Retail, Sales or office based Customer Service experience.
  • Have a clear, friendly, and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills to conduct effective working relationships with the team.
  • An interest in interior design and home accessories would be an advantage.
  • Live within a 30 minute commute of our location, ideally be able to drive.

Job Description:

  • Responding to sales calls, placing orders, and generating quotations/pro-forma invoices, following up any leads.
  • Processing orders online, over the phone and in the showroom, helping customers with enquiries and any questions they may have.
  • Serving and assisting customers in our showroom.
  • Liaising with suppliers to manage orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Booking in home deliveries with our customers all over the UK using both internal and external delivery teams.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, based at SG13 7EW. Monday - Friday, 9:15am - 5:45pm.
