THE COMPANY
You will be working in the Risk Analytics function of the bank across the product offerings in personal finance. THE ROLE
- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise of decision system engines, including understanding limitations and associated governance.
- Acquire strong knowledge of risk strategies across various company portfolios.
- Implement changes within multi-bureau hubs, encompassing tasks such as requirements gathering, change management with credit reference agencies, development, testing, implementation, post-implementation monitoring, communication, and documentation.
- Implement application and scoring strategies/policies within decision engine systems, including Scorecard Admin.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure all risk and implementation aspects are addressed and delivered, such as in project deliveries.
- Maintain validation of exception reports for decision engine monitoring, ensuring any changes are communicated, when possible, before implementation to the team responsible for monitoring logic.
- Ensure that all changes implemented into the system adhere to relevant control and governance programs.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the Risk Implementation Team to support business continuity.
- Ensure continuous operation of links to credit bureaus.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong numerate degree from a Russel Group University.
- Strong Excel, SAS, and SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of Risk Decision Systems.
- Experience working with Credit bureau data.
- Experience with Decision systems such as Probe, Strategy Manager, Triad, Provenir etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
