Key Responsibilities of a Technical Operations Coordinator:
- Manage customer communications through various channels
- Handle stock management, shipping, and returns
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Process orders and manage delivery statuses
- Promote our brand and provide excellent customer service
