Role: Personal Assistant

Role model: Fully office-based Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Day rate: £150 - £155 plus holiday accrual
What an interesting temporary opportunity for a Personal Assistant who enjoys the 'non-traditional' PA role responsibilities.
You will work within the C Suite office of a leading and growing serviced office provider, who not only provide office space but also an experience and lifestyle for their clients.
This role will be project driven, specifically related to the organisation of a companywide seasonal event, which will involve venue visits, menu choices and cost negotiation.
You will be highly organised, proactive, and adept to coordinating meetings, travel and confidential communications. You will have the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively,
You will be the first point of contact for the executive team, and you will foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior Executives, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
