We have an exciting position available for an Employer Engagement Lead to join us!
You'll develop and deliver an effective and integrated approach to employer engagement for externally awarded contracts and the wider Employment and Skills team. You will nurture and manage existing relationships to maximise programme outcomes, as well as develop new links to engage employers with programmes that seek to create new opportunities and remove barriers to employment.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing businesses of all sizes to deliver outcomes or improve their social and environmental practices
- General experience of engaging with employment support programmes
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining strong and productive professional partnerships
- Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluating the impact of partnership projects or programmes
- Extensive experience in developing negotiating agreements and contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills [written/verbal], with the ability to build rapport and constructively engage with internal and external staff within commercial businesses at all levels
