Support Worker
Whitstable - Kent
We're a cosy home providing care for children and young people, aged 8 to 18.
We support individuals of all genders and those with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. Currently, we have three residents and a GOOD Ofsted rating.
Job Details for Support Worker:
- Hours: 39 hours a week, spread over Monday to Sunday, with three shifts a week from 08:00 to 23:00, including two sleep-ins.
- Salary: Starts at £26,320 for 39 hours and 2 sleep-ins per week. With overtime (45 hours and 2 sleep-ins), it can go up to £30,235. Extra hours over 45 are paid at time and a quarter, and additional sleep-ins are £40 per night.
