Package: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)
What you need
- Sales Experience (Estate Agency, Direct Sales, Car Sales, B2B Sales) or
- Degree Educated
- Money Motivated
- Hungry for progression

- Based in Bristol - They opened an Exeter office last year and London this year.
- Close knit team with support and collaboration at the heart of what they do!
- Progression can be extremely quick! Fast track to management!
- Go from Trainee - Con - Senior and then pick Principal or Managing Con
- The commission goes up to 40%
- Training is straight on the phone as well as Classroom training with L&D person
- Monthly Lunch clubs to Bristol's bets bars/restaurants
- Holidays include Skiing and Ibiza
- 200K Club, they went to Vegas last year!
Your role as a Recruiter
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
- Develop new business with target clients in your market
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there!
