My client, a manufacturing company in Leicester is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will perform general administrative duties and assist on reception, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
