An exciting opportunity to join a successful business as a Corporate Receptionist in central Maidenhead. Working Monday to Friday, between 9.30am and 3pm, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role in a busy, diverse environment. The role:

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Ensure security measures are carried out with all visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms, setting up the room and ensuring all arrangements have been made
  • Ordering stock and stationery
  • Liaise with facilities team to ensure all maintenance records are up to date
  • Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times

The person:

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a Reception/Front office role
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Computer literate and able to use different systems
