Join ICAEW as a Regional Operations Executive and play a pivotal role in supporting our UK Regions central operations team, based in Preston. You'll be integral in delivering ICAEW's strategic goals, collaborating with local member groups, independent societies, and volunteers. This role offers the flexibility of being home-based while contributing to national operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Operations: Aid the Head of Regional Operations and team in managing operational, financial, legal, and governance processes.

Data Management: Produce management information and insightful reports to support strategic decisions.

Report Preparation: Prepare accurate and impactful management reports and presentations.

Finance Coordination: Oversee the department finance process, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Event Management: Coordinate and support the organisation of key events and volunteer activities.

Legal and Compliance: Assist with insurance, contracts management, and data compliance.

Liaison: Coordinate Office Holder visits and support new joiner inductions.

Candidate Profile:

Administrative Skills: Proven administrative experience with strong organisational abilities.

Detail-Oriented: High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Analytical: Ability to review data and produce insightful reports.

Event Coordination: Experience in organising and managing events.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude and effective communication with stakeholders.

Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
