Multi-Skilled Commercial Cleaner

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Commercial Cleaner to carry out a range of cleaning tasks in various settings. The ideal candidate will be someone who is dedicated, versatile, and physically fit, capable of handling the demands of the job with diligence and efficiency.
Day to day of the role:
- Removal of items from end-of-tenancy homes and moving them into storage.
- Clearance of gardens, including furniture and ornaments, and dismantling furniture when necessary.
- Conducting general cleaning tasks, window cleaning, and maintaining the cleanliness of car parks and public toilets.
- Undertaking commercial cleaning of properties and public buildings, as well as void properties, ensuring high standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be physically fit to handle manual tasks.
- Available to work 5 out of 7 days a week, primarily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional extended hours from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- A van can be provided for transportation to various job sites.
- Candidates should be prepared to work in houses of varying conditions, excluding properties associated with deaths.
