We are looking for candidates with sales experience, this could be within sales/inside sales, business development or telemarketing. The right candidate will be results-driven with a hunger to bring on new business opportunities.

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours being 9am to 5pm on a permanent full-time basis. The role also offers the fantastic opportunity for hybrid working so 2 days in office and 3 days from home! The base salary for this role is between £28K - £32K, dependent on experience + with uncapped commission.

Duties will include:

  • Prospect new potential customers daily through outbound cold calling, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Research accounts and identify key decision makers to target.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with senior executives to identify needs and challenges.
  • Deliver high quality presentations to secure business.
  • Maintain organised and updated records of all sales activity in Salesloft & CRM (Microsoft Dynamics experience required).
  • Continuously network both internally and externally to enable sales opportunities.
  • Work closely across multiple departments within a business to drive acquisition and growth initiatives.

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience of successful business development and inside sales experience, meeting, and exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to prospect into new accounts and close net new business.
  • Strong phone, written, presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales technology platforms like Salesloft, Gong, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Navigator.
  • Driven and proactive attitude.
