3 month fixed term contract that could get extended
- End to end process for purchase ledger, including month/year end close
- Bank reconciliations daily
- Processing of invoices, credits, and other documents for purchase ledger, with a high degree of accuracy and minimum errors, within target of SLA. Urgent invoices processed within 24 hours and non-urgent within 3 days
- Ensure all invoicing and payment SLA are met both internally and externally
- Payments completed as per the agreed terms, completed in a timely manner. Activate payment runs and supporting documentation for approval, within the agreed workflow
- Loading of electronic payments into correct bank accounts and within agreed target of accuracy
- Produce vendor statement reconciliations, chase copy documents required, identification of errors, making corrections, preventing over- or under-payments to vendors and collection of refunds
- Helpdesk SLA to respond within two business days resolve within seven business days. Take ownership of tickets, follow up and resolve payment issues and queries, stopping payments where appropriate. 100% First response within 48 hours of receiving, resolved within 7 Business Days 70%
- Management of Inboxes to review, document and resolve queries as required ensuring quality communication and resolution in a timely manner
