Meraki Talent are working with an established Investment firm who are looking for a proactive, capable Personal Assistant to join their Edinburgh office on a permanent basis.
This role will directly support the team Head's/Directors in the Investment team in Edinburgh, plus ad-hoc support to the team Head's in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant within Financial Services.
Personal Assistant duties:
- Diary and email management, including organizing client meetings and team events, and fielding/directing emails where needed
- Travel and accommodation bookings including itineraries
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations and reports
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Assisting with projects
- Any other general administrative duties as required
- Maintaining relationships and being a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Experience and knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant within Financial Services
- Proactive with the ability to think two steps ahead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and PowerPoint
