AP Officer | £24,000 - £26,000| Permanent | Manchester| Housing Association:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with an Housing Association in Manchester who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer to their busy team. The role is offered on a permanent basis and also has a hybrid working package.
Duties:
- To act as first point of contact between suppliers and internal customers and resolve any queries
- To match and register invoices and POs, and process weekly Bacs and cheque runs
- To complete statement, bank and credit card reconciliations
- To assist with any other ad-hoc finance duties, including year end and wider teams
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills – Essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable position (1 year)
