An enthusiastic Recruitment Trainer is sought to join our Learning and Development team, responsible for designing and delivering innovative training programmes to our team members.

Client Details

We are a globally recognised Recruitment Consultancy with a significant presence in the UK. We house a diverse team of over 1,000 professionals dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to our expansive client base.

Description

  • Conduct workshops both online and face to face regarding sales and technical skills
  • Work with new joiners to guide them through their first 12 months in the business
  • Conduct desk coaching as required
  • Use of the in-house LMS (Learning management system)
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for our training programmes
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training

Profile

A successful Recruitment Trainer should have:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment Agency or as a Sales Trainer
  • Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment consultancy industry.
