Creative Artworker - 12-Month FTC

The Role
As a Creative Artworker within the business, you will be reporting into the BDM Operations Team Leader. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team of creative artworkers. You'll be part of a team that ensures the high quality work the firm are known for.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Create high-quality, impactful templated artwork adhering to brand guidelines
- Design and source bespoke elements for specific templates
- Ensure all work meets specifications and stakeholder briefs
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and expectations professionally
- Assess team capacity and update Senior Artworkers on challenges, focusing on solutions
- Build and develop good relationships with marketing teams, managing their expectations
- Collaborate with creative team members, sharing knowledge and experience
- Attend regular team meetings to review workflow, address challenges, and drive improvements
- Work energetically, taking responsibility for individual performance and striving for results
- Assist with Client Presentation services, producing/updating high-standard PowerPoint presentations within the brand
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm
- Proven time and project management skills, handling multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders
