Key Responsibilities:

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering operations of our client's production facility. Your expertise will contribute directly to the company's success in maintaining efficient production processes and meeting quality targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the engineering team to ensure smooth operations and effective utilization of resources.

Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimisation.

Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the engineering team.

Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment and parts.

Managing Capex budget and spend.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Proven experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production equipment, maintenance practices, and process optimisation.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and external partners.
