Part Qualified Accountant - Ellesmere Port
My client is seeking a dedicated individual to support their current Finance Manager and head office accounts team.
Job Spec:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Overseeing the Weekly cash position and report
- Review weekly site Safe checks and report any difference to general managers.
- Review and sign off the daily sales journals on a timely basis.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations ensuring they are reported monthly, and all reconciling items are resolved.
- Reviewing the monthly supplier payment runs, checking for accuracy and supplier terms before passing over to the Finance Manager for sign off.
- Compile the fixed asset register, reconcile capex schedule on a monthly basis.
- To use the EPOS system to manage users and access
- Seek efficient ways of reporting and collating information from sites.
- Assisting in the annual budgeting and planning process adhering to deadlines for submission.
Person spec:
- Experience working within a similar role
- Part CIMA /ACCA - study support will be included.
