Cover Supervisor - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire - Salary: £100-£130 p/day - Full time role starting in September

Cover Supervisor required for a well run, all girls secondary School based in Hemel Hempstead. Behaviour is exemplary and you'll be tasked with supporting classes alongside the schools existing as well as taking lessons independently. Lessons are set and you will have the chance to cover a variety of subjects, ages and classes. You will have a huge impact on students' lives. You should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for absent teachers on a daily or long-term basis
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
- Adapt to different teaching styles and curriculum requirements
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions for students
Requirements:
- Ideally degree Educated or have experience within Education / Tuition or youth work
- A good understanding of the UK education system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
