Key Requirements
- Provide technical leadership and support to the development team.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications across various platforms.
- To define and evolve the development processes, procedures, tools and techniques to ensure delivery.
- To define the development teams' metrics and measures - and to produce regular meaningful reporting that details the health of the development function
- Perform regular one-on-one team management and formal performance reviews - setting and grading quarterly objectives for each team member
- To drive (where appropriate) a test-driven culture within the business·
- Ensure that the tools and techniques employed by the development teams are kept up to date and are in line with industry best practices - including the use appropriate automation tools to optimise day to day tasks.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and resource availability for all projects.
- Identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the development team.
