Taylor Root have been instructed on a new role with a top 100 law firm in London. The firm are looking to hire a Paralegal into their Residential Real Estate team.
The Firm
A leading top 100 law firm, the firm have offices in London, the Southwest, and Thames Valley. They are widely known for their diverse client base across various industries and sectors.
The Team
The firm act for individuals, institutions, private bank and investors on residential property transactions and also advise lenders over high value residential properties in prime central London.
The Role
In this position, you will be undertaking fee earning tasks to assist with running of a caseload and run a lower value caseload under the supervision and management of the lawyers. This will include drafting legal documents, preparing and submitting to Land Registry and undertaking legal research. You will also be working directly with the Partner.
The Ideal Candidate
This is the perfect role for someone who has been working as a Administrator or Junior Paralegal in a real estate team (law firm). Experience In residential property is strongly desired however if you have experience in any other areas of real estate you will still be considered. It will be beneficial if you studied law at university.
Route to Qualification
The firm have a great track record for paralegals becoming trainees with the firm however of course this is not guaranteed. You will still have to apply for a training contract however you will be supported and encouraged to do so.
