Time Appointments are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Sales Consultant to join a successful furnishings store in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a local business that prides itself on providing excellent customer service, satisfaction and value.
Key Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming customers when entering the store.
- Provide exceptional assistance, promptly addressing customer queries & ensuring their needs are met
- General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking and keeping the shop tidy.
- Working in the back areas when required to help put away deliveries & to keep the stockroom clean and organised.
- Talking to customers on the phone and answering any queries they may have.
- Operating the till and handling money.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly and approachable
- Strong team player.
- Ability to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is second nature to you.
- Previous retail or customer facing experience is desirable but not essential
