£11.44 PER HOUR
Our client here at Elizabeth Michael is seeking an experienced Administrator/ Customer service representative to support them during their busy time. You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively. You will be highly efficient, task-focussed and be able to make calculated decisions!
ResponsibIlities:
- Data entry & updating customer records
- Processing refunds for clients
- Adding orders onto the system
- Following in hour processes
- Contacting customers regarding order resolution, delivery or shipping information
- Producing correspondence and confirmations through written communication
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
