Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced office administrator to join our clients team in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
Previous experience in a simiar role is essential. You will be required to complete basic administration tasks using various MIcrosoft packages.
Hours of work: 07:30 - 16:30, Early Friday finish. 38 hours per week.
Duties can include:
- Administrative tasks for an office
- Welcoming and directing visitors
- Co-ordinating meetings and appointments
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails
- Oversees the daily operations of an office, managing facilities, supplies
- Managing calendars
- Handling confidential information
This is a straight permanent role with our client.
£22,010 - £24,000 depending on experience.
