Description
- Oversee and manage all quality assurance systems within the manufacturing setting.
- Implement effective corrective measures to ensure optimal quality control.
- Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to achieve department goals.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of quality control systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on quality control issues.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits and generate detailed reports.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and regulations.
