Responsibilities:

  • Work on various machinery, including loading, offloading, and packing products when required.
  • Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate large machinery with precision and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the overall productivity and quality of the manufacturing process.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operative, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience using an FLT is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of machine operating principles and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine-related issues.
  • H&S compliance is essential.

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Hourly rate: £12.25ph - £15ph dependant on experience

Working Pattern: Full Time (hours are on a 2-weekly roster: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)
