My client in Plymouth is looking for a strong administrator to join their busy and growing team.
Principle Purpose of Role: To process sales and purchase orders for furniture and refurbishment projects to enable supply of products and services to fulfil customer requirements. To manage supplier and sales/purchase order lists
Role Accountabilities:
Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly KPI targets for processing orders.
Service to Sales Dept:
- Processing sales and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
System Management
- Management and updating of IT system and workflow to ensure current accuracy.
Supplier Relationship:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers through effective communication and follow-up.
Staff Collaboration:
- Liaison with sales, warehouse, finance and estimating staff to ensure delivery date requirements are met.
Additional:
- Processing orders for paper and invoicing to cover other staff absence.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate telephone manner.
- ‘Can-do' attitude with ability to be flexible and agile on working methods
- Ability to work independently and to embrace additional new tasks and skills
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and targets.

- Basic salary of £30,000
